According to a job listing posted by the company online and researched by LATTE, the ‘Partner Assistance Associate’ will be based in Valletta, Malta where RCYC has its reservations team headquartered.
The full-time role is promoted as ‘Night Shift – Australia & US markets’.
“The Partner Assistance Associate (Trade Sales – Australia & US markets) is the first point of contact with the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection and introduces the unique opportunity of our yacht vacations to travel agencies throughout Australia and the United States markets,” the description states.
“The Partner Assistance Associate (Trade Sales) will build a strong guest relationship by managing a database of agencies that have expressed interest in The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.”
Communicating exclusively with LATTE, a spokesperson for The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection said: “The Partner Assistance Team is at the forefront of our collaborative efforts with trade partners across the global market. As we continue to grow, we recognised the need to enhance our inside sales support abilities for travel partners in the Australian market and beyond. This led us to expand our PAT in our Malta office, with a dedicated focus on the Australian and US markets.”

“By nurturing these relationships, we aim to provide our partners with the necessary tools to effectively promote the features and benefits of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection voyages and make valuable travel recommendations,” the spokesperson said.
“The expansion of the Partner Assistance Team into the Australian market is a strategic step towards aligning our support more closely with the needs of our trade partners,” Kristian Anderson, Senior Vice President, Global Sales for RCYC told LATTE.
“This enhancement will enable us to provide tailored solutions and personalised assistance, ensuring that our partners have the resources they need to thrive.”
Anderson continued, saying: “Our expansion is not only a response to the increased interest from our travel partners in Australia, but also a proactive effort to foster effective relationships with new and existing travel partners.
