Virgin Voyages is introducing an easier way for travel advisors to book future voyages with Voyage Store, powered by multi-award-winning Travel the World, an additional booking channel launching this month using dedicated travel advisors – that the brand lovingly refers to as First Mates – with bookings via a local Virgin Voyages expert.
Introduced to the Australian and New Zealand markets, Voyage Store has opened to coincide with the arrival of Resilient Lady for her much-anticipated, inaugural Australian 2023 season. Voyage Store will be backed with over 40 years of Australian travel industry experience with a dedicated and experienced call centre team to provide support to busy trade partners for all their Virgin Voyage booking needs.

First Mates can also invite their clients to take advantage of the brand’s Match and Sea More program. Whether clients are avid cruisers or have sailed only a handful of times, past cruisers can match their current loyalty status through Virgin Voyages’ loyalty program, The Sailing Club. Travellers enrolled in other select rewards programs can come aboard Resilient Lady this summer and receive incredible perks ranging from priority boarding and exclusive cocktail parties to a Bar Tab or laundry services.
The Match and Sea More program is available for bookings made through 31 December 2023 with perks available to be redeemed on voyages through 2024.
