Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas has signed a hotel management agreement with AlUla Development Company to open Six Senses AlUla in Saudi Arabia in 2027.

Six Senses AlUla will open in a prime position within a natural oasis sprinkled with palm groves and framed by  red-sandstone cliffs. The property will serve to enhance this thrilling destination by preserving the cultural and architectural treasures on show within its 1,200,000 square-metre landscape.

Once open, immersive guest experiences will include strolling freely among Arabian wonders, Six Senses Spa,  sunrise yoga and meditation classes, moon bathing, evening singing bowl ceremonies, and moon and starlit dining. Through the brand’s Eat With Six Senses food and drink philosophy, Six Senses will bring out the best of the region’s cuisine and seasonal produce: from chef’s tables to exciting pop-ups, and one-off special moments to cultural cooking classes, there will be something for everyone.

The vision for Six Senses AlUla will curate a serious yet playful, contemporary interpretation through art collections and installations, sound, and music.

The new terminal embodies a blend of modernity, culture, and nature. The terminal offers high-end amenities including a 5-star hotel, spa, and an extensive range of retail outlets.

Through new airport routes and a projected surge in annual passenger capacity from 400,000 to 6 million in its ultimate phase, the terminal is set to revolutionise AlUla’s connectivity to the global stage, making it an easily accessible jewel for international travellers.
