Explore Malaysia with Veuve Clicquot

The three-night Eastern & Oriental Express commences from Singapore on 22 April 2024 with a champagne brunch ahead of a celebration dinner on the train, centred on sustainable Asian fusion cuisine and tastings of rare Veuve Clicquot vintages. The following day, after a champagne breakfast with live music, guests experience the jungle and diverse wildlife of Taman Negara, returning to the train for lunch and enjoy the passing scenery. A champagne tasting in the piano bar caps off the day.

On Day 3 in Penang, guests can select from a choice of excursions for art lovers, food aficionados, or those keen to experience a traditional tri-shaw tour. That night a finale gala dinner with live music and Champagne will be hosted back onboard the train. The last morning includes, once again, Champagne, eggs, caviar and pastries before disembarking back in Singapore.

Vienna to Reims with Veuve Clicquot

Set for July 2024, the Veuve Clicquot Solaire Journey will begin with two days of culture and gastronomy in Vienna. On the second evening, guests will be invited to a dinner curated by chef Jean Imbert, Head chef at the Plaza Athénée, the restaurant Monsieur Dior and the Hôtel Martinez in Cannes. Imbert was named chef of the Venice Simplon-Orient Express in 2022. Prepared with the freshest seasonal ingredients, his menu will be paired with the finest Veuve Clicquot cuvées.

Day three will continue in Reims, home to Veuve Clicquot since 1772. After a tour of the historic vineyards in Verzy, guests will enjoy a tasting of the Maison’s best cuvées. The immersive gastronomic experience will culminate with a first ever dinner in the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Gallo-Roman chalk quarries, orchestrated by starred chefs Mory Sacko and Jean Imbert.
