Luxury Escapes is preparing to launch a new industry booking portal available to tens of thousands of travel advisors around Australia. The Melbourne-based firm says the launch comes in response to ongoing industry demand for access to Luxury Escapes travel deals.
Advisors can access commissionable rates for Luxury Escapes’ Limited Time Exclusive offers. For a number of years, thousands of agents had been purchasing Luxury Escapes limited-time packages and selling to customers for zero commission, but in response to huge demand, Luxury Escapes is now joining forces with frontline sellers to allow them to receive commission on products being sold.
Agents will be able to access not only Luxury Escapes’ hotel products but also bespoke tour and cruise products. Luxury Escapes works directly with tour operators and DMCs to allow for some of the best tour rates globally.
Luxury Escapes’ Agent Hub is planned for launch in March 2024 and offers Australian travel advisors the ability to book Luxury Escapes deals for their clients and customers.
“We’ve always loved the trade and the ability to work with literally thousands of agents across Australia at scale is hugely exciting for us,” said Adam Schwab, Co-Founder and CEO of Luxury Escapes. “The launch of our new industry portal allows us to give access to agents to our very best product and importantly, pay agents for the incredible work they do helping customers every single day.”
Chris Brandon, Senior Manager – Agency Distribution, Luxury Escapes, said: “We have long had huge demand from travel agents wanting to book our packages and are thrilled to now be able to offer industry access to the Luxury Escapes platform and product. We appreciate many Australian consumers have existing travel agent relationships and look forward to offering our amazing deals to a wider audience by way of travel agents across the country.”
Meanwhile, Luxury Escapes’ website is now listing Car Rental as a “new” offering to its product line-up, joining hotels, tours, cruises, experiences, flights and ultra lux. The car rental partners listed on the portal include Avis, Hertz, Europcar, Sixt, Thrifty, Budget, Alamo and Enterprise.
