Luxury Travel Marketing expands stable of clients with German luxury cruise line

Perth-based travel industry sales and marketing specialists, Luxury Travel Marketing, has expanded its client portfolio this week, partnering with Hapag-Lloyd Cruises to represent the high-end European cruise company in the Australia & New Zealand markets.

Hapag-Lloyd Cruises is one of the world’s foremost providers of luxury and expedition cruises. Its fleet consists of five ultra-luxurious vessels, including three modern expedition ships delivered in the last four years. Luxury Travel Marketing will be responsible for the sales and marketing of two vessels conducting English and German speaking voyages. They are the 251-suite MS EUROPA 2 cruise ship and the 120-cabin/suite expedition vessel, HANSEATIC inspiration.

LTM, with offices in both Perth and Sydney, takes over representation in this market from Gerd Wilmer of Landmark Travel who had been handling the account for several years before his recent retirement.

This month, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises revealed it would introduce a new tariff structure for its voyages, which will come into effect in March 2024.
