Emerald Cruises orders third ocean ship, Emerald Kaia

Enhancements for Emerald Azzurra and Emerald Sakara's new sister

Scenic Group has unveiled its next-generation luxury ocean yacht, Emerald Kaia, the latest innovation in the Emerald Cruises yacht fleet.

Setting sail in April 2026, Emerald Kaia blends increased capacity with an intimate ambiance. The 120-metre yacht will accommodate 128 guests and introduce a suite of innovations, that underscores Emerald Cruises’ pioneering spirit in luxury yacht cruising.

Emerald Sakara and Emerald Azzurra, launched in 2023 and 2022 respectively, have a capacity of 100 guests and are 110 metres in length.

The Sky Deck aboard Emerald Kaia has been expanded, incorporating a new internal Sky Lounge and private cabanas, offering guests a luxurious open-air experience with expansive panoramic views from the top deck. The larger Observation Sun Deck on the bow now offers a Spa Pool and sun lounges, complementing the existing Observation Lounge.

Emerald Kaia also offers enhanced dining venues, including a larger terrace for guests to enjoy al fresco dining at La Cucina restaurant, while the new Night Market is an Asian-style grill concept for up to eight guests (at additional cost).

The popular Marina – now enhanced with a dedicated Marina Lounge – provides additional water sports offerings, blending luxury with adventure. This deck also features a reimagined Gym, with an impressive outdoor platform for indoor/outdoor workouts, while the expanded Elements Spa caters to those who value wellness, reflecting a broader focus for the brand on nurturing the mind, body and spirit.

All cabins and suites boast a 10% larger floorplan, offering guests extra comfort through more spacious and contemporary accommodations. The new connecting Balcony Suites on Deck 4 allow private spaces for intergenerational travel and small groups.

Night Market Grill, Emerald Kaia

From April 2026, Emerald Kaia promises an unrivaled superyacht experience to sought-after destinations and stunning coastlines from the Mediterranean, Adriatic and Aegean Seas, to the Seychelles.

Guests will continue to enjoy the standard Emerald Cruises yacht cruise inclusions, such as all meals while cruising, plus complimentary all-day drinks (including mini-bar), selected shore excursions, EmeraldPLUS cultural experiences, EmeraldACTIVE experiences, WiFi, airport transfers, tipping and gratuities.
