Captain’s Choice has unveiled its new itineraries for 2025, expanding its portfolio of exceptional journeys. The small group, private jet adventure specialist offers itineraries from remote frontiers to iconic landmarks, with each journey emboding the spirit of exploration with unmatched comfort and luxury.

Discovering the essence of Southeast Asian cuisine and culture, Flavours of South-East Asia by VIP Private Jet is a journey tailored exclusively for 11 guests. Departing from Sydney aboard a VIP private jet, guests indulge in the comfort of business-class luxury, travelling across the vibrant cities of Siem Reap, Luang Prabang, and Hoi An.

Participants will enjoy three-night stays in each destination, nestled in luxurious Belmond and Four Seasons resorts. Throughout this immersive itinerary, guests will be encouraged to dive deep into the heart of each locale, explore bustling markets, organic farms and esteemed cooking schools where renowned chefs and local producers will offer exclusive insights into the authentic flavours of the region. Capturing the essence of North Africa’s gastronomy and heritage, the nineteen-day Tastes & Traditions of Morocco, Tunisia & Algeria itinerary has been curated for just 30 guests.

Departing from Marrakesh, guests will embark on a journey across Fes, Casablanca, Tunis, Tozeur, Constantine and Algiers, with the opportunity to deeply immerse themselves in the beauty of North Africa. Throughout the journey, travellers will explore the local culture with tagine cooking classes, souk (marketplace) exploration and visits to iconic landmarks including Majorelle Gardens. Travellers can also witness the architectural marvels of Constantine, including the Sidi M’Cid suspension bridge, and embrace the tranquillity of the Sahara Desert at Anantara Sahara Tozeur Resort.

From the renowned La Mamounia to the seaside setting of Four Seasons hotels in Casablanca and Tunis, each accommodation sets the stage for luxury and exploration. The Rooftop of the World itinerary by Captain’s Choice offers an extraordinary journey through the heart of Nepal, Bhutan, and India. Limited to only 24 guests, this immersive adventure promises unparalleled experiences across breathtaking landscapes and vibrant cultures.

Highlights of the itinerary include the thrill of soaring above the world’s highest peaks aboard a helicopter, with Mount Everest and its neighbouring summits below, embarking on a hike to the iconic Tiger’s Nest monastery, perched on the cliffs above Paro Valley, and unravelling the secrets of Darjeeling’s renowned tea plantations. In Chitwan National Park, guests can explore the lush wilderness aboard river cruises and guided walks, in search of rhinos, leopards, and tigers under the guidance of expert local guides. Travellers will also touch down at Kongde Lodge, nestled at 4,250 metres, for a breakfast with panoramic Himalayan vistas.
