Occupying a prime envelope of real estate on the world-famous man-made island, Palm Jumeriah, the Andaz Dubai The Palm will feature twin 15-storey towers including 217 guestrooms and 116 serviced apartments. To add to the area’s thriving culinary scene, the Andaz Dubai The Palm will offer four restaurants as well as a fitness centre, spa and meeting facilities.

The property was previously flagged to launch as Hyatt Centric The Palm, prior to which it was earmarked as the Tiara Hotel, positioned on the trunk of The Palm Jumeirah.

The previously announced, and yet-to-open, Andaz La Mer Dubai in the heart of urban beachside destination La Mer will now be branded as Hyatt Centric La Mer Dubai.
