The Ritz-Carlton, Singapore’s signature Cantonese restaurant, Summer Pavilion, has earned its first Michelin star in the inaugural Michelin Guide Singapore 2016. It is the only Chinese restaurant in a hotel in Singapore to receive this accolade.
