New ships from high-end cruise lines are among those to be showcased next month as part of CLIA’s 2025 Ocean Debut Virtual Showcase.The online education series will introduce Australasian travel agents to some of the new vessels set for launch this year, including Windstar Cruises’ Star Seeker and Oceania Cruises’ Allura.The daily live online sessions from nine CLIA cruise lines will run from Monday 3 February to Friday 7 February 2025.“Each will outline essential facts and features of their ships, including elements like dining options, entertainment, accommodation styles, public spaces, unique features and designs and what type of experience guests can expect when they step on board,” CLIA said.Other cruise ships to be features are: MSC Cruises – MSC World America; Norwegian Cruise Line – Norwegian Aqua; Aurora Expeditions – Douglas Mawson; Disney Cruise Line – Disney Adventure; Princess Cruises – Star Princess; Celebrity Cruises – Celebrity Xcel; and Royal Caribbean – Star of the Sea.The showcase is available exclusively to CLIA member travel agents, who can register online for each of the sessions via the CLIA Members Hub.Participants will earn CLIA points and have a chance to win prize packs by tuning in live, collecting a codeword and completing a quiz.
