Pelorus has welcomed newly built yacht Celestia to its Indonesian charter fleet, with the vessel specifically crafted to explore local waters.The 45-metre vessel will sail Komodo National Park and Sumbawa during the summer months, moving to Raja Ampat and West Papua for the winter.Built in the traditional Phinisi style, Celestia is a two-masted sailing boat that reflects Indonesia’s maritime heritage.“Hand-built by the legendary Bulukumba boatbuilders and guided by centuries of tradition, this fusion of modern elegance and traditional craftmanship accommodates up to 14 guests across seven sophisticated staterooms,” Pelorus said.
Celestia features two 30 square metre owner’s suites on the upper deck, both with king-sized bed and private terrace, as well as a master suite on the main deck also with its own terrace and sundeck. There are also four deluxe suites located on the lower deck, two with queen beds and two with twin beds.Interiors have been created by interior designer Deirdre Renniers, a Phinisi specialist who combines elegant style with local touches.The entire vessel can be chartered for US$94,500 per week.
