VIKING EXPEDITION SHIPS OF THE MONTH WEEK 2 OF 4

Viking’s purpose-built expedition ships offer a wide variety of staterooms for your client’s selection. From Nordic Balcony staterooms to the abundance of extra perks and amenities in their spacious Explorer Suites, there is no finer way to travel. And whichever stateroom they choose, they will find it beautifully designed in the understated elegance for which Viking is known.There are balconies, and then there is the Viking Nordic Balcony: harnessing the Norwegian reverence for light and creating the optimal wildlife observatory at sea. Floor-to-ceiling, distortion free glass at the very edge of the ship lets you take in the views while keeping the elements out.There is no veranda impeding your view, no intrusion to the elegant living space, no detail overlooked in their quest to connect guests more closely with the places they seek to explore.And should they wish to feel even closer to nature, the top of the panoramic glass lowers to transform the stateroom into a sheltered al fresco lookout, with an observation shelf at elbow level to stabilise binoculars or photograph the majestic wilderness.

Nordic Balcony & Deluxe Nordic Balcony | 21 sqm

Viking’s comfortable staterooms are designed to maximise observation. Each stateroom features a king-size Viking Explorer Bed with luxury linens, a mini-bar with soft drinks, water and snacks replenished daily, binoculars, a Marius-weave blanket, their floor-to-ceiling drying closet for your client’s Viking Expedition Kit, and an elegant bathroom with a spacious shower, heated floor and premium amenities.Their Deluxe Nordic Balcony staterooms feature all the amenities of a Nordic Balcony stateroom with the addition of an in-suite coffee maker, a guaranteed priority restaurant reservation at The Restaurant or Manfredi’s, spa treatment priority bookings and priority expedition activity reservation.

Nordic Penthouse | 25 sqm

The spacious Nordic Penthouse stateroom features all the amenities of their Deluxe Nordic Balcony stateroom with the addition of welcome champagne, a mini-bar with alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, water and snacks replenished daily as well as pressing and shoe shine services. Guests will also receive two guaranteed priority restaurant reservations at each alternative restaurant, priority expedition activity reservations and priority booking of spa treatments.

Nordic Junior Suites | 30 sqm

Viking’s Nordic Junior Suites feature the company’s signature wood detailing and provides an elegant surrounding for remote and rugged destinations. They include their revolutionary Nordic Balcony, more storage and seating than their Nordic staterooms. Amenities include an expanded bathroom with extended shower and double sinks, welcome champagne, a fully-stocked mini-bar replenished daily, priority restaurant reservations, complimentary laundry and dry cleaning, and more.

Explorer Suites | 54 sqm

Spanning an incredible 54 square metres, the Viking Explorer Suites are 80% larger than Nordic Junior Suites and more akin to an apartment at sea than a ship’s stateroom. All‑inclusive and unmistakably exclusive, Viking Explorer Suites come with an abundance of extra perks and amenities to be expected of this luxurious class of accommodation, beginning long before embarkation.Explorer Suites feature two separate rooms, a Nordic Balcony and private veranda, spacious bathroom and private access to their Explorer Suites Garden. With only four Explorer Suites on board, be sure to book your clients early.

The Owners Suite

It does not get any more exclusive than where Chairman Torstein Hagen stays when he’s onboard the ships – the Owner’s Suite in this distinguished home at sea, and your client’s will experience unparalleled accommodation inspired by the places he has lived, replete with a selection of his favourite art, books, music, games and personal memorabilia.At 114 square metres the Owner’s Suite features a private garden lounge area and an outdoor Norwegian hot tub known as a badestamp. Inside you’ll find a spacious living area, a separate dining room and a boardroom for those who would like to continue working while exploring the world.
