Trump International has revealed plans to develop a new five-star beachfront hotel in the Sultanate of Oman. Trump International Hotel, Oman will form part of an expansive US$500 million mixed-use real estate development outside Muscat dubbed AIDA. The project will feature a five-star luxury hotel, furnished villas, and apartments serviced by the hotel. There will be a 18-hole Championship golf course, a members-only club, and the Cliff Hanging Night Club.Located in close proximity to other luxury hotels by The Ritz-Carlton, Jumeirah and Shangri-La, the 140-key Trump International Hotel, Oman will feature unique “hanging suites” (see the lead render), and will offer guests complimentary private beach access.Situated atop a hill over 100 metres high, AIDA boasts panoramic views of rocky canyons and endless beaches.

The Cliff Hanging Night Club, a first in the ME, offers an unrivalled setting for bespoke events and celebrations. Other amenities include diverse dining options, banqueting and meeting facilities, and an expansive SPA.
AIDA is a 25 minute drive from Muscat International Airport. Trump International Hotel, Oman is slated to open in December 2028.Interestingly, the press release features a disclaimer stating: “Trump International Oman is not owned, developed or sold by The Trump Organization or any of their current or former principals or affiliates. Dar Al Arkan Property Development SPC, the owner and developer of the property, uses the ‘Trump’ name and mark under license, which license may be terminated or revoked according to its terms.
