Spaces are still available on White Desert’s Best of Both itinerary which offers guests a chance to experience both of its unique camps – Whichaway and Echo – for the first time in its 20 year history.Crafted to cater to those unable to choose between the two locations, both within the Queen Maud Land area of Antarctica, the itinerary will take a group of no more than 12 travellers to both in one eight-day journey which is priced at US$110,000 per person on a sharing basis.“Both are exceptional places to stay, yet situated in completely different environments. Whichaway is dramatic and luxurious; Echo otherworldly and unique,” the company explained. “This is the only time White Desert is offering the chance to stay in both our luxury camps this season.”Departing on 26 January 2025, the experience will also take guests to the lowest point on Earth – the Geographic South Pole – and also into surreal mountain ranges hardly visited before, with activities including ice climbing and glacier treks.
