The new Private Homes Rental Program from One&Only will offer ultra-luxury accommodation in some of the world’s most spectactular destinations, including private homes within One&Only Le Saint Géran in Mauritius which are available for rent from April. One&Only President Mark Kirby highlighted One&Only’s private homes as a “cornerstone” of parent company Kerzner’s growth strategy as demand soars for ultra-luxurious, multi-generational accommodation within “exclusive and personalised spaces”.“Our Private Homes cater to the world’s most influential individuals across Mauritius, Mexico, Montenegro, Montana (USA), Greece and Dubai,” he said. “The Rental Program offers an unparalleled lifestyle, and an experience which anticipates our guests’ every need.”

Crafted to foster deep connections among family and friends the rental program also offers exclusive access to local cultural experiences, like a one-off artist residency at One&Only Aesthesis or private dives in the Aegean Sea at One&Only Kéa Island. Guests also enjoy a range of privileges, including access to resort amenities and a personal host to curate seamless experiences.The program also includes residences at One&Only properties in Mexico, Greece, Montenegro, and soon, Montana, USA with the imminent opening of One&Only Moonlight Basin.Meanwhile, the new private homes at One&Only Le Saint Géran are available in two to six-bedroom configurations, each offering expansive living spaces, private swimming pools, and yoga platforms.
