The opening of a new office in Melbourne, Victoria marks a significant step in Complex Travel Group’s national growth strategy, with the expansion further strengthened by the appointments of two seasoned travel professionals to drive growth in key market sectors.Daniel Bram, a respected leader with 17 years of experience in the Victorian travel industry, has joined the company as the head of Melbourne operations.“Complex Travel Group’s strong national growth and unwavering focus on delivering market-leading service present a compelling opportunity,” said Bram. “I’m looking forward to leading the Melbourne team and contributing to the company’s continued success.”Bram will focus on building the Melbourne team, supporting clients along Australia’s eastern seaboard, and assisting with the company’s expanding New Zealand operations.

In addition to Bram’s appointment, the company has also welcomed Heidi Mettner into the newly created role of SME Travel Team Leader. Based in Adelaide, Mettner brings over 20 years of corporate travel experience and will oversee national growth within the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) sector.“Returning to the travel industry with Complex Travel Group was a clear choice,” said Mettner. “The company’s vision for growth within the SME market, coupled with its established reputation for providing tailored and expert travel solutions, aligns perfectly with my experience and ambitions. I’m excited to build upon the company’s strong national momentum and help even more business owners redefine their corporate and leisure travel experiences across Australia.”From her Adelaide base, Mettner will consolidate services for international SME clients and develop solutions tailored to business owners balancing corporate and leisure travel needs.
Anthony Riemann, CEO of Complex Travel Group, described the expansion as a pivotal moment for the company. “The establishment of a Melbourne presence and the strategic appointments of Daniel and Heidi mark an exciting phase in Complex Travel Group’s ongoing national growth,” said Riemann.“Daniel’s exceptional leadership and deep understanding of the Victorian market, combined with Heidi’s proven track record in the SME sector, will be invaluable assets as we continue to expand our reach and service capabilities.”This move follows a period of significant growth, including the recruitment of over 20 experienced travel professionals in 2025 and the acquisition of The Well Connected Traveller earlier this year.
