Ensemble has revealed a third consecutive year of profit sharing, three years after its acquisition by Navigatr Group in 2022.

Ensemble’s new leadership has completely

transformed the organisation into a fully modern, forward-thinking consortium with revitalised programs across every discipline.

Michael Johnson, President of Ensemble, said: “When Ensemble was acquired, we knew that a fair and transparent profit-sharing model would be essential to building trust with our members and was a distinguishing factor for us.

“That’s why we’ve taken deliberate steps to ensure every member understands where they can earn, what programs drive profitability, and how to take advantage of them.”

“Our monthly Town Halls have become a key forum where we highlight partners who are deeply invested in our network and who consistently deliver meaningful earning potential for our members.”

“This year’s payouts also reflect the direct impact of our focus on improving margins and additional revenue opportunities for members. We’ve seen consistent growth from agencies that are fully leveraging our portfolio of best-in-class solutions across all disciplines: technology, marketing, exclusive partner programs across all verticals, training and development,” he added.

“Ensemble has played a key role in the growth of Crown Cruise Vacations,” said Ross Spalding, President of the Ensemble member. “The profit-sharing model has been especially impactful by providing meaningful returns that have allowed us to reinvest directly into the business. It’s a clear example of how Ensemble delivers real value as a partner in results and not just words.”

Central to Ensemble’s strategy is the use of its proprietary booking platform, ADX, which continues to deliver above-average margins across a wide portfolio of preferred partners. Members using ADX have consistently reported stronger performance compared to traditional booking channels.It is Ensemble’s ADX program and its luxury offering that was cited as a reason Helloworld Travel Limited in Australia forged a membership alliance with the North American consortia in July last year.

In addition, Ensemble has expanded its support for air bookings by providing two pathways for advisors: direct booking through ADX or referral through the Ensemble Air Concierge program. The concierge service allows advisors to hand off air bookings to Ensemble’s in-house team, who manage the process and return completed itineraries to the advisor offering a simplified approach to earning best-in-industry commissions on air without any risk or additional workload.

This year’s profit-sharing announcement comes ahead of Ensemble’s second annual Beyond Extraordinary Experiences event under the theme of Redefining Excellence. From 21–24 July 2025, top-performing advisors will travel to Tuscany for a curated program that includes attending Andrea Bocelli’s 20th anniversary concert at the Teatro del Silenzio in his hometown of Lajatico.
The event continues Ensemble’s tradition of recognising top performers with immersive, once-in-a-lifetime experiences across sports, the arts, food, wine, and more. Last year’s inaugural Beyond Extraordinary Experiences took advisors to Paris with VIP access to the French Open at Roland Garros. Together, the recognition program and Ensemble’s transparent profit-sharing model underscore how deeply the organisation values its members.

Meanwhile, in April and capitalising on heightened demand for sports travel, Ensemble welcomed Sports Travel Tours Inc as a preferred partner. Through this partnership, Ensemble’s members can access Sports Travel Tours’ expanding portfolio of packages to some of the world’s biggest sporting events.

“Sports travel is a fast-growing segment in the industry, and this partnership opens up an exciting new avenue for our members,” an Ensemble spokesperson said. “From major international events to once-in-a-lifetime fan experiences, this is a tremendous opportunity for our advisors to bring something truly unique to their clients.”
