Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans announced the reinstatement of concierge Travis Gilbert into Les Clefs d’Or USA. Recognized by the hallmark “golden keys” worn on each member’s lapels, Les Clefs d’Or represents “the highest standard of service, discretion, and a dedication to elevating the guest experience.”Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans now holds the distinction of having the most Les Clefs d’Or concierges in the city. Gilbert has 15 years of experience as a concierge at some of New Orleans’ most distinguished hotels. In addition, he is an active member of the New Orleans Concierge Association, having served board terms as president, vice president and recording secretary. Following a brief period outside the industry, he has been reinstated into Les Clefs d’Or USA, which, according to Four Seasons, “reflects his deep knowledge of the ‘Crescent City’ as well as his enduring dedication to guest service.”Les Clefs d’Or (translated to “The Golden Keys”) is a global network of concierges whose members undergo a rigorous application and vetting process.
