Fiji Airways has launched a new online platform giving travellers easy access to tours and activities across Fiji and other major international destinations served by the airline. The national carrier’s latest innovation offers guests the ability to discover and book high-quality experiences, ranging from traditional Fijian village tours and tropical island getaways to city excursions in Vancouver, Los Angeles and Auckland.“We’re excited to offer our customers a seamless way to explore and book tours, both before they travel and during their trip,” said Fiji Airways Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Andre Viljoen. “It adds convenience, supports local operators, and delivers extra value for those looking to make the most of their journey.”Unlike mass-market platforms, the new service is powered by AI-driven algorithms that prioritise quality over quantity. By filtering out lower-rated listings, the platform focuses on trusted, top-rated experiences, helping guests enjoy a “world-class standard of service, wherever they fly.”

The launch aligns with Fiji Airways’ broader strategy to drive tourism growth, particularly in newer or less familiar markets. By highlighting the diversity and richness of experiences available in Fiji, the platform could help convert interest into bookings.“As a full member of the oneworld alliance and the only airline in the South Pacific to offer AAdvantage as its frequent flyer program, we’re committed to delivering a premium, connected, and enriching travel experience,” Viljoen added. “This is one more way we’re helping guests go beyond the flight and into the heart of the destination.”Developed in partnership with AncillaryBox, the platform also reflects the airline’s commitment to local tourism. It features a wide range of authentic Fijian experiences from operators throughout the islands, creating a meaningful opportunity for travellers to engage with local culture and communities. The platform is now live and accessible at tours.fijiairways.com.
