Fiona Batten has departed Envoyage AU, where she most recently held the role of Director Global Sales, to take up the position of Senior Vice President, North America at Scott Dunn, based in New York City.Flight Centre Travel Group acquired the luxury travel brand in 2023, promptly founding the US office later that year, with Alison Zacher appointed as its new Global Managing Director in September 2024.“I’m incredibly proud to be joining at such a pivotal moment in the company’s growth story,” Batten said on social media. “With a strong foundation already established in San Diego and New York, I’m excited to help drive Scott Dunn expansion across the US.”

Before joining Envoyage AU as Sales Director AU, also in 2023, Batten held roles at companies including Corporate Travel Management, Travel Beyond Group and cievents – gaining valuable experience which she will bring to her new position.“In a world where genuine connection, authenticity and excellence matter more than ever, Scott Dunn truly embodies those values — and I couldn’t be more energised to be part of the journey ahead,” she said.“I’m deeply grateful to the amazing team Envoyage AU and thank you to Nick Queale Astrid Richardson Danielle Galloway for an unforgettable chapter and for the opportunity to be part of building something special.”
