“Through our Sense of Place philosophy, we will continue to prioritise our commitment to excellence by offering innovative experiences and fostering meaningful connections.”With design led by Atelier Marsh, the property will blend in with Calistoga’s ridgeline, using local textures and materials.The culinary program will also be central to the guest experience, celebrating the produce of local farms and vineyards. A signature restaurant will feature an “ever-evolving” menu comprising freshly picked vegetables, organic and free-range meats, and sustainably harvested Pacific seafood. An cocktail bar and a relaxed poolside eatery will round out the offering, fostering a sense of community through shared meals and seasonal experiences like cooking workshops and starlit vineyard dinners.Wellness will takes centre stage at Asaya, Rosewood’s integrative wellness concept. Guests will enjoy treatments and therapies designed for “clarity, intention and renewal,” with six treatment rooms, hydrotherapy areas, two pools (one adults-only) and a Rosewood Explorer’s children’s club.For those seeking a permanent retreat, Rosewood Residences Calistoga will feature 20 private villas and 13 homesites.
