A Luxury Collection Hotel

Marriott International is repositioning The Westbury Hotel Limited, A Luxury Hotel Collection in London under its storied St. Regis hotel brand. The hotel juggernaut has signed a management agreement with Cola Holdings and The Westbury Hotel Limited to debut the St. Regis name in Mayfair, London.

The key to consistent, highly-rated service is a dream team, says Mario Egger, GM of Augustine, Prague. The 101-key hotel has, consistently for the last four months, topped customer service ratings for Marriott’s Luxury Collection brand, Europe-wide. Egger has 65 on his full-time staff, of whom 15 are supervisors or managers level.

The Langley, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Buckinghamshire has opened outside London in the heart of Langley Park following a six-year renovation. The property boasts 41 bedrooms throughout two buildings – the historic former hunting lodge and the adjacent 18th century Brew House.
