The wellness-focused SIRO hotel brand has been flagged as a key avenue for growth for hotel giant Kerzner, as its caps its One&Only and Atlantis portfolios in order to maintain their exclusivity.

The unveiling of its latest development, SIRO Roppongi, Tokyo marks a significant step in the expansion of Kerzner International Holdings’ active lifestyle brand, SIRO.

Kerzner International has announced new division heads for its luxury brands One&Only, SIRO/Rare Finds and Atlantis.

After the recent launch of the inaugural hotel under the SIRO brand, Kerzner International Holdings Limited has announced two further signings for the brand. Properties in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Los Cabos, Mexico will join recently opened SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai, and forthcoming SIRO Boka Place in Montenegro, set to open in Q4 2024. The pipeline of new properties demonstrates Kerzner’s commitment to steadily grow and bring its innovative new concept to destinations across the world.

Kerzner International, the operator of One&Only and Atlantis properties, has unveiled plans for its second lifestyle and fitness brand hotel project under its new SIRO brand.

Kerzner International is launching a new lifestyle and hospitality hotel brand focused on fitness and wellbeing. SIRO (pronounced Sigh-Row), the brand will be “an immersive lifestyle destination, blending the boundaries between hospitality, fitness and wellness through a fresh perspective and energizing experiences,” Kerner said.
